Original research papers, review articles, technical reports and short communications in all aspects of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering are invited to submit to IJISCE. The papers should not be previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

1- Submission of the manuscript:The manuscript can be submitted either through email: secretary@ijisce.org as an attachment or via online submission with maximum number of 8 pages. After acceptance the camera ready paper should be formated with the following template:

Review of the manuscript:
All submitted papers are reviewed by three reviewers and according to their comments the paper is either rejected, accepted or required revision and re-submission.

3- Upon the acceptance:
The acceptance letter is sent to the corresponding author. The authors are required to fill in the copyright form and fax/email it to us. The template word file of the copyright can be downloaded from here:

There will be a publication charge of 285 Euro for the accepted paper (up to 8 pages) with additional charge of 20 Euro for each extra page. It can be paid by PayPal or by bank transfer. The authors will be received one hardcopy (with additional fee of 100 Euro for each extra hardcopy) of the journal that the paper is published in. Purchase orders for additional volumes can be made on order forms which will be sent to authors. Also all the issues are available online and can be accessed free of charge.

Terms and conditions for publication fee: Paying the publication fee doesn't mean that your paper will be accepted. The publication fee is completely refundable if the paper gets rejected for the quality purposes. Please note if the paper gets accepted or accepted with minor/major corrections, the publication fee is not refundable. Also if the paper gets rejected due to plagiarism in any kinds (such as self-plagiarism, partially or completely copying the idea, materials, content from others or even authors themselves), the publication fee will not be refunded.
