Many ontologies have been built over the past few years which contain a large amount of data that may be useful for specific research. However, they may not be designed to be easily processed by current database tools. This paper proposes an ontology distiller, which is a method to extract information from an ontology and create a set of databases. The database information is distilled from the encoded ontology. These databases are used to store the information for the purpose of analysis and integration.
